Headwaters Groundwater Conservation
District, Upper Guadalupe River Authority and Public Works City of Kerrville joined with local businesses
to sponsor a contest promoting water conservation in residential Kerr County, Texas properties.
The Texas AgriLife Extension Service was instrumental in helping establish
the concept and the implementation of the Water Saver Landscape Contest.
