to sponsor a contest promoting water conservation in residential Kerr County, Texas properties.

and implement water conservation, augmentation, and management strategies to
protect the water resources of the District as a sustainable resource for the
benefit of its citizens, economy, and environment.

The mission of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority is to conserve and reclaim
surface water through the preservation and distribution of the water resources
for future growth in order to maintain and enhance the quality of life for all
