The Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors meet at least once a quarter, when possible, on the second Wednesday of the month at 1:30 pm.  Any meetings scheduled other than the second Wednesday of the month will be designated as Special Meetings.

The Public Hearing on the 2026-2027 Proposed Tax Rate will be held on September 9th, 2026 @ 1:30 PM.  Information on the Proposed Budget, the Proposed Tax Rate, and the Tax Impact Statement can be found by clicking the link on the District's Home Page, or by clicking on the
